Spline Jig Features
Precision Heavy Duty Built Jig. All Aluminum construction. Smooth Sliding rails
Designed for both the Table Saw and the Router Table. Set your fence and the HVT Spline Jig will easily and smoothy glide across your tool.
Toggle clamp and stop block hold your work square and straight. Both also have machined keys keeping these parts from spinning or rotating out of square.
Machined stops keep both the toggle clamp and the stop block from sliding out of the jig where you need them
Capacity between stops is 8.5" the total width of the jig is 11"
Thin Rip Jig allows you to safely cut thin strips on a table saw.
Makes precision repetitive cuts.
Double Bearing allows for guiding thin or thick stock down to 1/8" thick.
Great for making Splines, Inlays, and custom moldings.
